Butcher

We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Qualified Butcher to join our client working in a modern, clean room production environment on a temp to perm basis with flexible hours.

If you have a passion for butchery, a great eye for detail and take pride in producing quality products, we want to hear from you!

THE ROLE
Skilled butchery, including cutting, trimming and deboning.

Preparing high-quality meat products to specification.

Working within a chilled, clean room production environment.

Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.

Working as part of a fast-paced production team.

WORKING HOURS
Flexible to suit, working a 10 hour day on a full time basis.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience as a qualified butcher.

Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation.

A good understanding of food hygiene and safety.

A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.

Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
