Buyer / Senior Buyer

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor for an experienced Buyer to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous buying or procurement experience within the construction industry to join a successful business delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, hospitality, retail and leisure sectors.

The Role

* Procure construction materials and specialist products.

* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

* Negotiate prices and manage purchase orders.

* Work closely with commercial and project teams.

* Ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget.

About You

* Previous experience as a Buyer within the construction industry is essential.

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.

* Experience within joinery, interiors or fit-out would be advantageous.
