Our client:

* £multi-million turnover national retailer

* Clear strategy focused on category development and profit growth

* This Buyer role is ideal for forward thinking individual, who has a background in retail buying.

* Role is split between the office in West Midlands (3 days in office, 2 from home)

The role:

* The successful Buyer will own negotiations, prioritizing value and revenue

* You will develop and execute strategies to grow their category effectively.

* As Buyer, you will play a key role in building and executing commercially beneficial joint business plans.

* The Buyer will be up to speed with trends and key issues affecting the sector

Ideal candidate:

* The Buyer will have experience within any retail category

* They will take ownership of the category by using market and sales data to identify opportunities

* Having excellent relationship-building skills you will be able to communicate and influence with internal and external stakeholders.
