In the role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and enquiries, creating quotes, and managing 30-40 projects and orders at any one time. You will work from concept to completion, ensuring designs are delivered on time, liaising with suppliers, and supporting customers with the highest level of service. This is a fully on-site role where you'll be part of a small, social team, developing a strong understanding of the company's product range and processes, with ongoing training and clear progression opportunities.

The Role

• Managing 30-40 live projects and orders, from initial enquiry through to completion
• Handling customer calls, creating quotes, processing orders, and ensuring on-time delivery
• Liaising with suppliers, colleagues, and customers to ensure smooth project delivery

The Person

• Background in buying or a customer-focused sales roles with a strong interest in interiors/ furniture
• Organised, detail-oriented, confident communicator, and happy working on the phone
• Based in Teignmouth or easily commutable to
