We’re on the lookout for a Buying Admin Assistant to join a fast-paced, creative team that designs and delivers trend-led lifestyle, luxury, or fashion collections across the UK and internationally. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Buying Team with day-to-day admin tasks
• Managing and updating product records across internal systems
• Liaising with suppliers to confirm orders and resolve any queries
• Helping prepare seasonal product range plans and sales reports
• Organising product data, imagery, and samples ahead of new launches
• Ensuring accurate pricing is maintained and uploaded to internal systems
• Working closely with marketing, sales, and warehouse teams to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Super organised with great attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable using Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Analytical and data-savvy—you love working with numbers and info
• Some experience in buying, merchandising, or product admin is a bonus
• A genuine love for lifestyle, luxury, or fashion
