Buying Admin - Fashion Brand

The Company:

A fast fashion online clothing brand are looking to recruit a Buyers/Wholesale Admin to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop as an BAA in a growing business. You will be responsible for ensuring the critical buying path is achieved and that order management and sampling processes run to schedule. We are seeking a candidate with a strong product knowledge & experience across womenswear.

The Role:
Understanding product trends and interpreting them where relevant into product areas
Monitoring Critical Path on Commitment to ensure intake and distribution targets are met
Attending Fit sessions in the Buyers absence give styling comments
Managing Supplier relationships
Negotiating and liaising with Suppliers.

Understanding of reports and actions that may need to be taken from Trade
Managing critical path with suppliers and buyers.

Dealing with issues arising with orders both internally and externally

Sample Management

On-going familiarity of the competition’s product range

Other duties as required.

Skills Required:

Have a good understanding of fashion trends and knowledge of the high street.

IT skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.

Good interpersonal / communication skills.
Numerical and analytical skills.

Customer knowledge and a strong fashion eye
The capability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
