Buying Administrator

Exciting opportunity for an individual with unique interest and taste in fashion with a strong administrative background. We are a trend-led high street womenswear fashion supplier established since 2005. In expansion of the buying team, we are looking for a Buying Administrator to assist the Buyer and the Designer.

The role

• Work closely alongside the Buyer and Designer and Assist in buying and development of commercial fashion ranges
• Liaise with suppliers both local and international on sampling, pricing and orders
• Have a full understanding of deadlines with reference to critical path
• Sample tracking to and from suppliers
• Attend fit sessions and assist in product related decisions

Requirements

• Ideal candidate will come from a buying background with a keen interest in Fashion
• Previous experience in fast fashion womenswear is a plus
• Basic knowledge of fabric and materials
• High numeracy and analytical skills with strong attention to details
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High PC literacy with knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to multi task and work on deadlines in a fast paced environment
