A leading player in the maritime sector is seeking a talented C++ Software Engineer to join their innovative team. As a C++ Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge software solutions that drive the future of maritime technology. This role offers the chance to work on challenging projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and safety of maritime operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software applications using C++. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Your expertise in C++ will be crucial in optimizing software performance and ensuring the reliability of maritime systems.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties as the C++ Software Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Design and implement software applications using C++. 2. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate solutions. 3. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. 4. Troubleshoot and debug software issues to maintain system integrity. 5. Optimize software performance for maritime applications. 6. Develop and maintain technical documentation. 7. Candidate Profile: 1. Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2. Proven industry experience in software development, particularly with C++. 3. A working knowledge and practical experience with real-time systems. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
