Cable Jointer - £45,000 | Warrington-Based (North West Region)
Potential to increase salary up to £50,000 DOE

An established utilities contractor is seeking an experienced Cable Jointer to join their team, working across LV and 11kV networks (with 33kV exposure as a bonus). This is a project based role which will be around the North West - Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, with a home base near Warrington.

Role Overview:

• LV and 11kV cable jointing and terminations (33kV advantageous)

• Installation of MSDBs, cut-outs, and substation fit-outs

• Digging, reinstatement, and all associated site work

• Supervising jointer's mates and supporting team development

• Ensuring safe, efficient operations and high standards of work

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years’ industry experience in cable jointing

• DNO authorisation preferred (SPEN, ENWL, or NGED)

• Relevant certs: First Aid, Manual Handling, NRSWA, CAT & Genny

• Excellent awareness of health & safety and risk assessments

• Based within approx. 45 minutes of Warrington
