Job Description - Cable Operative

Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and
committed Cable Operative to join our Fibre Upgrade team across Scotlands central belt.

What are we looking for?

Are you a committed, hard -working and eager to
learn individual? Then come join the Comex 2000 family!

We are looking for multiple Cable Operatives for
our Fibre Upgrade department in Scotland, there is not a set location
for the role so travel will be required. You will need to be in good physical
health as you will be working outside in all weather's in a cabling role. Prior
experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however training will be
available to acquire the necessary qualifications. You will need to have a full
UK driver’s licence any additional driving categories would be a bonus.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work within a team
Be able to prioritise, organise and manage tasks
Well -presented and have good presentation skills.
Must have good IT skills – specifically Microsoft
Excel and Word.
Must be holding a Full Driving License
NRSWA Accredited
Track rodding and roping experience reading MSDR drawings and labelling.
Fibre blowing experience would be advantageous.
