In this role, you will lead the programming of high-quality components, ensuring our CNC milling machines run safely, efficiently, and at peak capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented programmer looking for a stable, permanent role with excellent earning potential through overtime. CAD/CAM Offline Programmer - Key Responsibilities CAM Programming: Create, optimize, and modify precision toolpaths using Autodesk PowerMill or Fusion. Multi-Machine Management: Efficiently generate concurrent programming strategies for multiple CNC milling machines. Documentation: Produce clear, accurate cut sheets and setup documentation for machine operators. Problem Solving: Troublshoot programming issues and refine strategies live on the shop floor during production. Drawing Interpretation: Read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical data. Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet strict delivery deadlines. CAD/CAM Offline Programmer - What We Are Looking For Proven experience as an offline CNC Programmer. High proficiency in Autodesk PowerMill or Fusion software. Strong background in CNC milling operations and capabilities. Ability to interpret complex technical drawings accurately. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
