CAD Designer

Signage Designer - Northampton
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | On-Site
We are seeking a talented and motivated Signage Designer to join a well-established and growing signage manufacturing business in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry experience to play a key role in the design and production process, working within a collaborative CAD Design Office environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
? Create high-quality signage visuals for customer approval based on briefs from Sales and Project teams
? Produce detailed manufacturing drawings with specifications, dimensions, materials, and fixings
? Prepare CNC files for routers and large format printers
? Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
? Ensure work meets quality standards and deadlines
What You'll Need:
? Previous signage industry experience (essential)
? Strong understanding of engineering drawings
? Proficiency with Flexisign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
? A practical, problem-solving mindset
? Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
