CAD Draftsperson

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD Draftsperson to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate building information models and technical drawings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design specifications are met with the highest standards of quality.
Analyse project requirements to produce efficient and creative drafting solutions.
Utilise advanced software tools to manage complex building data and resource documentation.
Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and project-specific guidelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in drafting, specifically within construction or architectural sectors.
Strong proficiency in industry-standard CAD and BIM software.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise, high-quality work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
Relevant technical education or certification in a related field.
