Are you a CAD Manager from an Outdoor Furniture or Leisure Equipment background looking for a leadership role where you will be responsible for managing a highly skilled team of CAD Technicians and Engineers?

Do you want a role within a market-leading business where you'll have the autonomy and authority to lead, develop and train junior and senior members of the team alike?

In this role you managing the success of a technical design team and overseeing the end-to-end design process of multiple projects. You will translate client briefs, delegating tasks and collaborate with the installation, production and commercial teams to ensure projects are on track. You will have full autonomy and authority to drive innovation and best practices to get the most out of your team.

The company are the market leaders in a very profitable niche. Designing outdoor leisure equipment, they mostly supply into local authorities but also work on private work for key, blue-chip clients.

This role would suit a CAD Manager from an Outdoor Furniture or Leisure Equipment background looking for a leadership position within a market leading business where you'll have responsibility, autonomy and authority.

The Role:

• Managing a small team of 5-10 Engineers and Technicians
• Liaising between production, commercial and installation teams
• End-to-end project oversight
• Working on multiple projects at any one time
