The role of the CAD Technician - Architectural Stonework will involve:

• CAD Technician position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of architectural stonework such as facades, cladding, wall dressings, window dressings, balustrades, landscaping & paving
• Produce detailed approval drawings for client sign-off, based on project quotations
• Liaise with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure technical requirements are met
• Generate precise manufacturing drawings for in-house mould shop following approvals
• Maintain and tidy CAD drawing database and standard product library
• Offering support to the wider Building and Construction team
• Take initiative to streamline systems and contribute to process improvements
• Working on projects varying in size from £10k to £250k

The ideal applicant will be CAD Technician - Architectural Stonework with:

• Must have experience using CAD software in a construction, architectural or manufacturing environment
• Ideally will have previous experience with cast stone, stonework, or similar building materials
• Competent with interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
