In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of detailed drawings based upon client specifications and sketches, adhering to any guidelines, in addition to updating any prior drawings and documentations as needed. Finally, you will also be responsible for liaising with third parties/other teams and colleagues to ensure both project accuracy and compliance.

The ideal CAD Technician will have previous experience within the Building Services industry. You will also have a proficiency in AutoCAD - specifically 2D. Finally, you will have self motivation and be happy to work both autonomously as well as part of a team.

The role:

• Creation of Detailed Drawings based off of Project Requirements
• Updating prior drawings/documents
• Liaising with other teams/third parties

The person:

• A background in Building Services
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
• Happy to work both autonomously as well as part of a team
