In the role you will collaborate with wider teams across engineering, marketing, and production, working on projects from concept through to implementation. You'll be involved in design, testing, budgeting, supplier communication, and project tracking. Your role will be essential in supporting R&D, improving product performance, and ensuring that design, safety, and environmental standards are met.

The Role

• Use 3D CAD to design and develop bespoke mechanical equipment
• Collaborate with the MD and teams to deliver sustainable engineering projects
• Oversee product development from design through to manufacture and installation
