We have just recently become licenced to develop the evening end of our trade currently putting in place the changes required.

YOU - THE ROLE OFFERED :
Salaried Position : Hours: as Required
Based on 45 hour / 5 day week
Site manager of aforementioned Cafe Bar
Responsible for all aspects of running a successful profitable site
Maintaining Improving and Developing the businesses profile, standards, turnover and profitability
Coffee shop currently runs with Floor staff of 42 shifts per week Kitchen Staff of 8 shifts per week equating to about 10 full timers
The bar section of the business is yet to open

its launch early development and operation

APPLICANT WOULD NEED:
Can do attitude.
Management experience
Ideally a broad set of skills within the hospitality customer service arena
An advantage to have experience working for smaller company or understand running own business
Computer literate
Understanding of bookkeeping / accounting & Costings and margins

Liaise with support and assist Kitchen team.
Manage

all

staff -

updating the floor staff manual and handbook
Lead and motivate the team to meet the needs of the business
Meet business targets and use skills to further improve the profits
Cash up and manage money
Have good organisational skills and be punctual
Have good customer relationship skills
Be passionate about customers and understand their needs
Ensure all cafe areas kept clean to a high standard
Ensure food displays are attractive signed & replenished
Adhere to and ensure that all staff adhere to café policies
Ensuring all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work
Work closely with and regularly meet with owner
Promote the hire of the cafe for events:

Festival venue project
Set and maintain health and hygiene procedures
Complete and maintain compliance documentation
Work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Have extremely high standards of hygiene and have the ability to provide excellent, friendly customer service

you will be setting an example to other staff.
