Join our team as a Café Supervisor in the beautiful setting of Leighton House and take the next step in your hospitality career. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced café professional to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service in a unique London location.

What you'll be doing

• Leading shifts and supporting the day to day running of the café
• Delivering outstanding customer service and setting high standards for the team
• Preparing high quality coffee and beverages with strong barista skills
• Supporting both front of house and back of house operations including basic kitchen duties

What we're looking for

• Previous supervisory experience in a café restaurant or hospitality environment hospitality experience essential
• Confident barista skills and a passion for food and drink service
• Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English
• A proactive hands on approach with the ability to motivate and support a team

This role offers flexible working on a casual contract (around 30 hours per week), a supportive and engaging team environment, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to work in a unique and inspiring heritage venue in London.
