Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented person with exceptional customer service and presentation within the restaurant.

As a Café team member, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of food and beverages. This is a hands-on position that includes ensuring the efficient operation of the Café, from setup to cleanup.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a comparable role preferred


• Must be hands on and take ownership of day-to-day operations


• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering high-quality presentation


• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team


• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to working hours (including some weekends)


• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining spaces


• Physically capable of manual tasks, including prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and carrying


• Own transport would be advantageous due to the location


• Promptly report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management


• Strictly adhere to Food Safety & Health & Safety processes at all times


• Provide polite, professional interactions with guests and respond to any requests efficiently and courteously

Skills We Love

• Experience in cafés, bars, or restaurants required (e.g., making coffee, serving food)


• Experience in hospitality or customer service required


• Strong interpersonal skills & a customer-focused smile—perfect for chatting with families!
