CAFM Support Administrator - Birmingham

The Role - CAFM Administrator
Location: Birmingham – working from home, with occasional office/site attendance
Pay: £22.26 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temporary – ASAP until February 2027

PRS Recruitment is recruiting an experienced CAFM Support Administrator to support a facilities management applications team.
You will help keep the CAFM system running effectively, supporting users, resolving system issues and maintaining accurate maintenance and asset information. This role would suit someone with hands-on CAFM experience who enjoys investigating problems and improving how systems work.

Key responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day CAFM support to operational teams and system users.
Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating more complex problems where required.
Update PPM schedules, asset records, work orders, user accounts and system settings.
Run reports and check the accuracy of CAFM data.
Support data cleansing, system testing and configuration changes.
Assist with new contract setup, data migration and mobilisation activities.
Maintain clear system documentation and user guidance.What we are looking for:

Experience supporting and administering a CAFM system within facilities management.
Knowledge of MRI Concept/Evolution would be particularly useful.
An understanding of PPM scheduling, reactive maintenance, asset management and work orders.
Experience troubleshooting CAFM issues and supporting end users.
Good data handling, reporting and organisational skills.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently.Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, SQL or CAFM system integrations would be an advantage.
