Are you a Laboratory Manager from a Mechanical / Metrology background with Calibration knowledge looking for a hybrid role where you'll be responsible for updating UKAS standards and writing calibration procedures?

Do you want a role where you'll be recognised for your hard work through direct progression route to UK Service/Operations management position for this industry leading multi-national?

This company specialise in bespoke test equipment across metrology and automotive sectors. They operate as part of a Fortune 200 company, but pride themselves on their small company feel and numerous Blue-Chip clients - valuing autonomous working, career progression and great employee retention.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and updating this company's ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 accreditation. They manufacture highly complex and bespoke test equipment many sectors, but your focus will be on calibration and metrology services. You'll be given the autonomy to introduce new best practices and ensure the company maintains and updates it's UKAS accreditation into the future.

This role would suit a Calibration Laboratory Manager from a Mechanical or Metrology background, looking for a hybrid role providing great benefits, high autonomy and clear progression routes into people management positions.

The Role:

• Maintaining and updating ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 accreditation
• Focusing on Mechanical and Metrology and Calibration Services
• Hybrid working 2-3 days a week
• Progression opportunities into Service/Operations management

The Person:

• Calibration Laboratory Manager or Calibration Engineer looking to step up
• Mechanical / Metrology background
• UK Driving License
