Are you a Call Centre Manager, Team Leader or similar from a Housing Association or Construction background, looking for a role granting authority and autonomy to create processes and get the most out your team?

In this role you will be responsible for managing the success of a team of administrators. They book meetings and visits for surveyors and consultants across the UK, and your task will be getting the best performance and ensuring their personal success. You'll have the opportunity to develop your own processes and KPI's.

This role would suit a Call Centre Manager, Team Leader or similar from the Housing or Constructions industry looking for responsibility and the autonomy to create your own processes.
