A Redbridge School  seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join our dynamic team on a 0.8 contract basis, focusing primarily on KS5 teaching.

  Empower Future Coders: Design engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Utilize cutting-edge technology and real-world applications to make computer science fun and relevant for KS5 students in Redbridge.

  Ignite a Programming Passion: Develop students' computational thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a love for coding. Encourage creativity and innovative thinking in their approach to computer science challenges.

  Navigate the KS5 Curriculum: Deliver the KS5 computer science curriculum effectively, ensuring students master essential programming languages, algorithms, and theoretical concepts. Prepare them with the skills and knowledge to excel in exams and beyond.

We're searching for a Redbridge tech champion with these qualities:

• A strong understanding of computer science principles and concepts, particularly those covered in the KS5 curriculum.


• A relevant teaching qualification (QTS desirable).


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• A passion for engaging students and making computer science exciting and accessible, particularly within the diverse Redbridge community.
