Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner – Essex

Location: Chelmsford, Essex (Covering Essex-wide services)
Pay Rate: £25–£30 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Contract: Locum / Temporary
Working Pattern: Agile Working
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to provide clinical supervision, initial assessments and treatment to children and young people across Essex.

The role will involve supporting CYP across Harlow, Chelmsford, Basildon, Colchester, Southend and Thurrock, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental health care.

Requirements:

Previous CAMHS experience essential.

Experience conducting initial assessments, delivering treatment and providing clinical supervision.

*

Relevant professional qualification and registration.

*

Excellent communication and risk assessment skills.

*

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential.
