Campus Quality Manager – Helsinki

Salter Grange is recruiting a Campus Quality Manager for a leading European contractor on a large data centre campus in Helsinki.

As Campus Quality Manager, you'll set the quality strategy across the campus and lead the team that delivers it on site.

Campus Quality Manager responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate the campus QA/QC team, holding people accountable for performance

* Set the quality strategy and make sure it's carried out on site

* Work with project, cross-functional and client teams at all levels

* Drive high-quality delivery through to handover

Campus Quality Manager requirements:

* 10+ years of relevant experience on large, high-quality construction projects

* Degree or master's in QA/QC or equivalent, or demonstrable experience

* Proven leadership, with examples of how you've led teams to results

* Strong communication and IT skills

* Desirable: chartered membership of CQI, IEI, CIOB or similar; Six Sigma Green Belt or higher; PMP certificate
