Depending on your focus (temporary, permanent, or both), your day-to-day will include:

• ?? Keeping the branch running smoothly with top-notch admin and clerical support
• ?? Creating a warm, professional welcome for every visitor and caller
• ??? Managing time sheets, payroll, and compliance with precision
• ?? Coordinating candidate interviews and guiding them through the registration process
• ?? Supporting consultants in filling roles and delivering exceptional service
• ? Organising temp lunches, rewards, and fun branch initiatives
• ?? Helping with marketing, resourcing, and lead generation
• ?? Interacting with clients and candidates to keep everything flowing
• ?? Supporting our social media presence-helping to create engaging content, promote job opportunities, and showcase our amazing team culture

We're looking for someone who is:

• A team player with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
• Super organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• A natural communicator who builds relationships with ease
• Proactive, creative, and ready to take initiative

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Knowledge of the recruitment industry or sales process
• Familiarity with commercial markets and marketing campaigns
• Experience with internet research and candidate sourcing
• A flair for social media and content creation
