Candidate Consultant (Recruitment Coordinator / Delivery Consultant)
Location: Chancery Lane / Farringdon
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + commission / bonus
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the role

We're Abbatt, an award-winning recruitment agency in the Residential Property sector. Having built strong success in permanent recruitment, we're now taking it to the next level - and this is your chance to be part of that growth from the start.

You'll join our Permanent Team, a high-energy, motivated and supportive group who work hard, hit targets, and know how to have fun along the way. This role offers variety: you'll be speaking with candidates daily, supporting consultants on live roles, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

We're in the office five days a week initially, with the option to work one day from home once probation is completed.

What you'll do

• Source, speak with and register candidates

• Support consultants on live vacancies

• Write job adverts and candidate communications

• Keep admin, compliance and records up to date

• Ensure a great candidate experience

• Background in admin, customer service or recruitment

• Highly organised and detail-focused

• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships

• Positive, motivated and thrives in a busy team
