Candidate Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Braintree Town Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established, growing Recruitment Agency.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our recruitment divisions by taking ownership of candidate attraction, engagement and pipeline management across the business. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone who is proactive, highly organised and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Proactively source and attract candidates across multiple divisions

* Manage incoming applications and candidate enquiries

* Reactivate existing candidates from our database

* Conduct candidate registrations and initial screening

* Build and maintain strong, up-to-date candidate pipelines

* Manage candidate availability and ongoing communication

* Coordinate registrations, interviews and appointments

* Greet and welcome candidates, clients and other office visitors

* Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance information

* Support consultants with urgent candidate requirements and sourcing activity

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

* Confident and professional communicator

* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Proactive and comfortable taking initiative

* Confident speaking to candidates over the phone and face-to-face

* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Strong administrative and organisational skills

* Previous recruitment, resourcing, customer service or people-focused experience would be advantageous

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 4pm.

Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE
