Job Title: Candidate Manager

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk / Office based

Annual Salary: £competitive DOE, plus performance bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 17.00pm, 1 hour lunch (Some flexibility)

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

PureKat Consultancy Ltd is expanding our business and seeking a Candidate Manager who has the passion and drive to succeed within our industry.

As Candidate Manager you will be responsible for:

* Maintaining and developing outstanding working relationships with both clients & candidates

* Resourcing candidates from across the job boards to ensure they are the right match for our clients

* Writing job adverts

* Maintaining a high quality CRM database to ensure that candidates are compliant in accordance with employment regulations

* Ensuring all social media is updated to the highest of standards on a regular basis

* Working alongside our marketing team with new ideas

* Converting candidate CVs to a high standard

* Assisting the team with all updated and necessary paperwork for our client’s compliancy

* Interview & Booking Confirmations for candidates

* Mass mailers & updating website

* Liaising with clients when required.

An ideal candidate for the Candidate Manager will have:

* Strong office administration experience

* The determination and drive to succeed within the recruitment industry

* Excellent telephone manner and people skills

* IT literate.
