Candidate Resourcer £30,000 - £35,000pa Full time

At Vision Teaching, you'll play a key role in helping us source and register education professionals for schools across London. You'll be speaking with candidates daily, conducting interviews, managing administration and helping build a strong network of talented teachers and support staff.

What you'll be doing

* Interviewing and assessing candidates for education roles

* Building relationships and maintaining regular contact with candidates

* Advertising vacancies and helping attract new talent

* Updating and maintaining our internal database

* Generating leads and networking opportunities

What we're looking for

* A confident and professional telephone manner

* Strong communication and people skills

* Positive, enthusiastic and resilient personality

* Good attention to detail and organisational skills

* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

* A team player with a proactive attitude

* Most importantly, someone looking for a long-term opportunity where they can grow with the business

Experience

Previous recruitment or office experience is beneficial but not essential. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided for the right person.
