Description
As a Candidate Resourcer you will be given the opportunity to work in a niche trading system sector, developing our candidate network whilst maintaining relationships with our existing consultants.

A bit more about the role:

Maintain relationships with new and existing candidates,
Build and grow a candidate portfolio- to meet current demand, or to pipeline for future programmes.
Networking
Ongoing consultant support.
Work as an integral member of a team so communication will be key.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver under time sensitive expectations.

Requirements:
Experience working in Talent Acquisition or as a Resourcer, preferably within the Banking or Technology sectors
Extremely strong communication skills.
Commission driven mentality- more focussed on your total comp then your base salary.
