Join a cutting-edge team driving the development of next-gen weapon systems through advanced Virtual or Simulated Environments.

As Capability Lead, you’ll work alongside the senior management and Industry partners to enhance simulation facilities, ensuring they are state-of-the-art and lead a skilled team, alongside driving experimentation across the full product lifecycle.
You will have a passion for technology and able to talk with technical specialist around AI ,ML and containerisation. You will be encouraged to think outside the box for technical innovation.

You will

• Drive innovation across WSSE facilities, infrastructure, and processes
• Work closely with industry partners, including MOD and NATO.
• Lead knowledge-sharing and support a culture of continuous learning.
• Develop emerging technology plans and manage capital investments
• Inspire and lead a team of technologists

To secure this role, you will need:

• Experience in advanced simulation of virtual environments.
• Ability to grasp and communicate complex defence concepts
• Experience driving innovation and partnering across internal/external teams
• Technical knowledge of AI, ML, or containerisation
• A curious mindset and a passion for future-focused tech#
