Capital Allowances Assistant Manager responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property inspections across the UK to support the preparation of capital allowances claims
• Undertaking capital allowances due diligence in respect of property acquisitions and disposals
• Provide advice to clients on capital allowances issues arising from property acquisitions, disposals, and developments
• Supporting business development initiatives, including participation in sales pitches, marketing activities, and client proposal preparation
• Taking responsibility for undertaking valuations of land, buildings and plant and machinery, and for the preparation of claims and reports that can be substantiated to HMRC

As a Capital Allowances Assistant Manager you will be/have:

• CTA qualified
• Over 4 years’ Corporate Tax experience
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Exposure to assisting on advisory projects
• Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
