Capital Markets Consultants - Front Office / Regulatory Change - Team winning half of all tenders!

We've recruited for this consulting team for 6 years and seen an increase from a team of 20 to now 60. The heart of what they do is working with top investment banks, helping guide them through complex change, regulation and risk and controls projects, with a front office flavour.

They are a top-rated group, winning half the mandates they pitch for. We've hired in some of the brightest Big 4, Accenture, Capco and other consulting talent into their ranks, meaning you'll be working with an exceptional peer group that really know their stuff!

Currently we have openings at SC (up to 70K) and Manager (up to 90K) levels. There might also be flex for those with 2-3 years under their belt.

Typical types of project:

1. Review of a risk and controls framework, working on a new operating model

2. Desk mapping review strategy post Brexit across derivatives

3. Heritage Libor rates review work

4. Supporting Risk COOs with audit findings reviews

5. Review and advisory support for Mifid programmes

Other 'practice' efforts could be:

1. Write a 'future of risk' white paper to distribute to 20+ IBs
2. Network with Heads of Regulatory Programme delivery to find out what the current pain points are at 10 top IBs
3. Help get ideas for a risk controls data product - what might this look like?

Ideally we are looking for candidates with a good grounding in investment banking products and services, with a front to back view of the trade lifecycle. At more junior grades, we would consider candidates with 1 year or 2 of BA/PM experience if they have worked broadly acorss an investment bank in the areas above in addition, to say, a graduate scheme.
