💼 What You'll Do

Drive strategic new business growth across the territory

Sell specialist capital equipment, consumables and accessories into NHS and private hospitals
Work with Endoscopy Units, Infection Prevention Teams, EBME and Procurement
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to tenders and implementation
Convert competitor accounts and win new business opportunities
Build long-term relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders
Take ownership of your territory while working closely with a collaborative wider team
👊 Who You Are

Experienced medical device or capital equipment salesperson
Proven track record of selling into the NHS
Strong new business and competitor conversion experience
Understanding of NHS procurement, frameworks and tender processes
Commercially driven with a resilient, hunter mentality
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Full UK driving licence
💰 The Package

£50-55K basic salary
£20K uncapped OTE
