Capital Works Administrator

At Flagship Group, we’re committed to providing quality homes and services that help tackle the housing crisis. We’re now looking for a Capital Works Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our capital investment programme across East Anglia.

This is a varied and customer‑focused role where you’ll act as a main point of contact for capital subcontracted works, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administration between contractors, tenants, and internal teams.

Location: Office based, Dereham.

Role Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact for subcontractors, tenants, and internal colleagues in relation to capital works

• Communicate clearly with customers and contractors to ensure works progress smoothly

• Raise purchase orders and issue works instructions

• Request, issue, and review quotes in line with procedures

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business and with external partners

• Support the delivery of a high‑quality, customer‑focused service

Essential Skills and Experience

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, or be working towards them

• Previous customer service and administrative experience

• Strong organisational, time management, and attention‑to‑detail skills

• The ability to work to strict deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

• Excellent communication skills, including a confident and professional telephone manner

• Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft applications
