Are you a highly organized and proactive professional who excels at bringing people and ideas together? Do you thrive in environments that demand coordination, creativity, and teamwork? If you’re someone who enjoys managing complex projects, ensuring every detail is aligned, and contributing to meaningful initiatives, we want to hear from you.

Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrow

Join our UK Business Development Team and play a key role in supporting high-priority infrastructure bids. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Market Directors and Capture Managers, ensuring proposals are well-coordinated and submitted on time.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Assist in preparing and refining documents for Expressions of Interest, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, and large tenders.

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met and submissions are timely.

  • Maintain libraries and databases of company literature for future use.

  • Research tender opportunities and assist in managing ePortals.

  • Support with creating case studies, CVs, and project data sheets for business development.

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

  • Support the coordination and facilitation of bid/proposal related meetings

  • Support capture planning and strategy development, especially for strategic and high-priority bids.

Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.

The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.

Furthermore, you should be or will have,

  • An English degree, or related qualification/experience desirable

  • Relevent professional qualification (i.e. APMP) desirable.

  • A passion for collaboration and relationship-building.

  • Experience in bid coordination and proposal preparation (preferably in engineering or construction).

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay proactive in managing risks.

  • Effective communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and related tools.

  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems and competitor analysis is a plus.
