Automotive Spray Painter – £39,780 per year (£765 per week) + Bonuses & Overtime | 42.5 hours/week

Location: Bristol area (worksite in Weston-super-Mare)

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Spray Painter to join our busy, friendly team in a modern, well-equipped workshop. This is a fantastic chance to develop your craft in a supportive environment where your attention to detail and commitment will be rewarded.

Key responsibilities:

* Prepare vehicles by cleaning, sanding and masking for paint application

* Mix paint colours to exact specifications

* Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently

* Apply multiple coats ensuring a flawless finish

* Inspect and touch up painted surfaces

* Maintain a clean, organised work area following health and safety guidelines

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in vehicle spraying or automotive painting is desirable but not essential (training will be provided)

* Good colour perception and an eye for detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Physically fit to handle manual tasks

* Strong organisational skills and time management
