Job Title: Car Sales Advisor
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £28,000 base salary with £55,000 OTE
Hours: 5 days per week (Saturday and Sunday are required plus 3 weekdays)

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Car Sales Advisor to join a well established automotive business in Harrogate. As part of a close knit team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the entire car buying journey and helping to grow the business — all while enjoying excellent earning potential.

Your Duties asCar Sales Advisor will include:

• Overseeing the full customer journey from first contact through to final vehicle handover.
• Responding promptly to enquiries received via phone and digital platforms.
• Welcoming visitors to the showroom, providing product knowledge and conducting accompanied test drives.
• Presenting and explaining finance solutions including Hire Purchase and Personal Contract Purchase.
• Offering detailed information on value added services such as extended warranties and paint protection.
• Managing and preparing all documentation required to process and complete vehicle sales.

Experience required:

• Prior experience within the automotive sector is desirable but strong sales experience outside of the industry would also be considered.
• Demonstrated success in achieving high sales performance targets.
• Committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• Highly adaptable, capable of multitasking effectively and eager to learn and progress.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
