The Role:

As a Car Sales Executive, you will:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial inquiry to final handover.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue for the dealership.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of new and used vehicles.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in car sales (dealership experience preferred).
• A passion for sales and a customer-first attitude.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Full UK driving license.

Basic Salary £20,000 plus £55K+ OTE - Uncapped Commission
