About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for selling prestige vehicles, providing a first-class buying experience, and maximising opportunities to upsell additional products such as extended warranties, paint protection, and finance packages.

Key Responsibilities

* Engaging with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.

* Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client relationships.

* Maximising every sales opportunity through professional upselling of add-on products.

* Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.

* Achieving and exceeding sales and upsell targets.

* Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice.

* Handling finance applications and explaining funding options.

* Managing follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

What they are Looking For

* Proven track record in automotive sales or a strong background in high-value sales.

* Previous experience in selling add-on products such as warranties, finance, or insurance.

* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

* A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering five-star service.

* A driven and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* A full UK driving licence.
