Car Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join fantastic Main Dealer in Guildford. We are looking for a driven, customer-focused individual with a proven track record in vehicle sales and a passion for delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service.

* Competitive basic salary of £24,000 basic

* Realistic OTE of £55,000

* Full-time, permanent position with working hours Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and NO SUNDAYS

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers, understand their requirements and assist them in selecting the right vehicle.

* Manage inbound enquiries and proactively generate sales leads by phone, email and other channels.

* Conduct customer consultations, vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

* Provide expert advice on vehicle specifications, features, pricing and finance options.

* Appraise customer part-exchange vehicles and accurately assess their condition.

* Follow up enquiries and manage customers throughout the sales process to maximise conversions.

* Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation, cleanliness and pricing.

* Support dealership sales events and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

* Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential, alongside a proactive, driven and results-focused approach.

* The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the automotive industry and a strong determination to achieve sales targets. Previous experience working in a vehicle sales environment is essential, ideally within a main dealership or established motor trade business.

* You will be confident dealing with customers, able to build rapport quickly and motivated by delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity.
