Are you a proven Car Sales Manager, or an experienced Transaction or Business Manager ready to take the next step? This is your chance to join a respected family-run main dealer group known for its supportive environment, strong values, and commitment to developing people.

About the Role

You’ll lead a team of four sales executives, driving performance across both volume and customer satisfaction (CSI) metrics. You’ll be hands-on in the showroom, setting the tone for your team, managing stock, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a retail car sales leadership role (Sales Manager, BM, or TM level)
• A passion for leading from the front and developing others
• A results-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
• An understanding of CSI and its impact on long-term success

• £35k basic salary with realistic £60k OTE
