A highly valued automotive client of ours in Cambridge is looking for 2 Service Advisors to join their superb branch. This is a unique opportunity which will utilise your brilliant customer service and people skills.

In this role, you will play a huge part of the connection between customers and the technical team in the branch. Welcoming people in, you will listen to customers' requirements about their vehicles and translate their requirements to the technical team - and vice versa - translate the technical solutions back to the customers. You will use your ability to build relationships with people to up-sell the services available, and make the customer feel at ease. You will effectively communicate to each party and provide a first-class problem-solving experience in order to retain customers.

To be suitable for the position, you will have the following skills and experience:

• The ability to build relationships with customers and in-house teams.
• Working experience within the motor/automotive industry.
• Be keen to work with people face to face, Monday to Friday.
• Have an empathetic nature whilst thinking commercially at all times.
