As a Care Admin Assistant, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help deliver the quality care and support your service users deserve.
This is a varied role and the duties will consist of answering the phone, taking accurate messges, handle care files and support our the Registered Manager. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with service users and speak to prospective clients and their families about the care that you can dleiver
If you have the ability to multi-task, good computer skills and a confident telephone manner you could be well-suited to the Care Admin Assistant role. It's also really important that you're a people person you'll take a genuine interest in the care staff and service users. If that sounds like you, we'll give you the opportunity to develop your skills to build your confidence across all your responsibilities.
The Care Admin Assistant will be responsible for completing team rotas to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest standard. .
We are happy to consider applicants that have worked as a carer with exprience within an office/admin capacity.
Ideally a care qualification would be great to have but this is not essential.
You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicile
The salary for this role is dependent on experience however will be in the region of £26,000 - £30,000. There is also a very lucrative benefits package available
