Care & Supported Housing Operations Manager

Are you an experienced care or supported housing leader ready to oversee and improve multiple services?

Hightown Housing Association is looking for a Care & Supported Housing Operations Manager to lead dispersed services across areas such as supported living, registered care, mental health, learning disabilities and homelessness support.

The role

You will oversee safe, person-centred and high-quality services, ensuring strong CQC, safeguarding, health and safety and contractual compliance. You will lead teams, monitor KPIs and budgets, manage referrals and placements, and support effective housing management, including voids, arrears and tenancies where required.

What you’ll need
 
Experience managing supported housing, supported living or registered care
Multi-site or dispersed-team management experience
Strong CQC, safeguarding and quality-audit knowledge
Experience with budgets, rotas and staff performance
Confidence working with commissioners and external agencies
Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards it
Driving licence, own vehicle and flexibility for on-call duties
