Job Description:

As a Care Assistant with Homecare Gurus Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and professional care to our clients in care facilities. Your primary focus will be on assisting clients with their daily activities to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care, including bathing, dressing, eating assistance, and hygiene maintenance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in discussions and activities to promote mental well-being.
• Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Support clients in daily errands such as shopping, medication reminders, and attending appointments.
• Ensure the client's environment is safe, clean, and comfortable.

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients.
• Must have a valid enhanced DBS check (or be willing to undergo one).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to assist others in their daily lives.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Access to a vehicle for travel between clients (if required).
• Upto date mandatory training
