About the Role

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you'll have the time to build meaningful relationships rather than rushing between short visits. You will usually support one young adults on a 1-2-1 basis, helping them achieve personal goals such as moving into their own home, starting employment, building friendships and enjoying everyday life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing person-centred care and support
• Encouraging independence and building confidence
• Supporting daily activities, hobbies, social outings and appointments
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
• Learning new skills with full training provided (no specialist experience required)

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting others
• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
• Compassionate, reliable and empathetic approach
• Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
• Living locally to Crawley or the surrounding area
