About the role

You will be supporting people in their own homes across the Bath area to live independently, safely and with dignity.

This includes:

* Personal care and support with daily routines

* Medication support

* Meal preparation

* Companionship and emotional support

* Promoting independence and wellbeing

We deliver care with time, consistency and compassion. No rushed visits, no feeling like just another number.

What we are looking for

* Kind, reliable and compassionate individuals

* A genuine passion for delivering high quality care

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred

* Previous care experience is welcome but not essential as full training is provided
